Hi all. As many of you probably noticed we experienced some unexpected downtime due to a variety of factors but thankfully now we’re back up and running! To touch on a few things people may be wondering about:
US shipping and tariffs
We’ve finally sorted out the tariff situation on our end and can successfully ship to the US again! We’ve had several packages delivered recently and don’t anticipate any issues in the future (unless the tariff situation changes again…) We’ve made our best effort to make sure every US order has been fulfilled but if you ordered recently and never got your package, or if it ran into issues with customs, please contact us through the support form on our website and we’ll do our best to make sure it gets delivered.
General shipping and customs
We’ve recently been working on changes related to shipping that should mean that your order gets shipped out quicker and is less likely to get stopped by customs. We’ve always offered international shipping and will always do our best to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner.
New products!
We’re currently working on a method for producing estradiol gel with a formula nearly identical to Estrogel. Expect it to be available worldwide at an affordable price within the next few months! We’d also like to begin selling progesterone soon but there’s no solid timeline on that.
